Description of Service Change:
The CERN instance for ServiceNow software (SNow) will be ugraded to a new release (codename: Berlin) on Sunday November 18 + new upgrade for Patch 3 Hotfix 1 on Monday 26 November (see https://test-static-03.web.cern.ch/planned-intervention/servicenow-upgrade-berlin-patch-3-hotfix-1/26-11-2012).
The new instance is being extensively tested and this service change should be transparent for users of this software (including the Service Desk and support staff).
