Incident Description:
After the upgrade and few minutes of normal working) CASTOR does not reply to Name Server queries.
Experts are working on the case. More news in 30'
Workaround:
The service was back between 14:30 and 15:00 after correcting a configuration problem in restarting CASTOR daemons after the successful Oracle migration

Still looking are remaining test failures.
One issue has been identified, and the initial round of tests look OK, but we still have SLS failures for SRM-* and CASTORATLAS. Looking whether these are "real" or just stale test results.
