Upgrade of ATLAS archive (ATLARC) database to Oracle 11g version

Description: 

ATLAS archive (ATLARC) database Oracle software will be upgraded from version 10.2.0.5 to 11.2.0.3.

During the intervention the database also will me migrated to new hardware.

The intervention requires 4 hours of full shutdown of the db service.

The intervention due to size of the database took 1h 45 min longer than expected. In the end it the database was successfully upgraded to the latest version.
