Description:
Apply the latest security updates from Oracle on the ATLAS offline production database (ADCR). The patch deployment is rolling and the database services will be available during all the time, however some applications may experience session failures. Services which may be affected are: ADCR_DQ2, ADCR_DQ2_LOCATION, ADCR_DQ2_TRACER, ADCR_PANDA, ADCR_PANDAMON, ADCR_PRODSYS, ADCR_LFC
