Description:
Apply the latest security updates and Oracle recommended patches on downstream cluster which runs ATLAS and LHCB downstream databases (ATLDSC and LHCBDSC).
The intervention is NOT rolling and will require 1h 30min of downtime of all replication streams between T0 and T1s of ATLAS (conditions data) and LHCB (conditions and lfc data) .
Please also note that this intervention will NOT affect any of experiment's databases just (data replication infrastructure).
