Incident Description:
After a recent modification to the EDH document “CHIS Declaration of health insurance situation spouse/partner”, it is impossible to save documents for certain types of health insurance web forms. An updated release of EDH with the appropriate fix is expected to be available at the beginning of next week. Please note that end users will still be able to fill in their CHIS declaration retroactively, for up to 12 months in the past.

We expect to make the fix available in the beginning of next week (Monday most probably). We have found a solution, however we have to align it with the release cycle of EDH as a whole, and the next EDH release is scheduled Monday 29 August.
