Description of Service Change:
The old Linux server, which was hosting XWHO, with name WWWINFONEW, has been decommissioned on 21 July 2011.
Therefore the XWHO redirections to the new “phonebook” is now made thanks to a virtual host and the DNS alias consult.cern.ch has been switched off to point to the new server (i.e. webafs02.cern.ch).
No change will be seen by end users compared to what has been announced in the service change described at https://test-static-03.web.cern.ch/service-change/xwho-replaced-phonebook
