Additional downtime for CASTOR CMS

Incident Description: 

CASTOR CMS is being brought down again in order to apply an additional patch. We expect this to take around 30'. The intervention was agreed with Ian (CRC). Apologies for the inconvenience.   System has been restarted.

 

 

An additional downtime was experience due to DB problems solved by the experts.

Now the system is back in operations.

The DB is still in a bad state. More disruption ahead since many pending requests could be affected.
