Description:
The hardware hosting your Windows folders 'My Documents', Desktop, My Pictures, Favorites folder (your DFS Home Folder) is becoming old and needs replacement.. A migration is scheduled on Monday 11th of July at 6pm for all logins starting by letters "x,y,z,k" During the time of the operation (4 hours), you might face problems in writing in your personal folders (Desktop, My Documents, My pictures ...) stored under \\cern.ch\dfs\users\. To avoid any troubles, we recommend you to shut down unnecessary applications, close open files (and possibly to stop your active sessions) 15 minutes in advance. Thanks for your understanding.
