Incident Description:
The ATLAS VO membership service on voms.cern.ch is currently not updating for fresh user registrations or changes to the
ATLAS VOMRS service on lcg-voms.cern.ch.
The problem is understood and a fix can hopefully be deployed by Thursday the 1st of Auguest.
