Change on Oracle DB Integration services

Description: 

Activate encryption and checksumming in the Oracle network layer. 

After this change. It may happen that people using old oracle software libraries may not connect to the DB after this change, the solution is to upgrade to latest client (including JDBC drivers) releases (ex 11.2.0.3).

This Tuesday 16th at 10:00 we shall enable these features in the the following databases : int2r, int6r,int9r,int11r, int12r

On Wednesday 17th at 10:00 we shall enable these features in : intr, int8r

From the point of view of the users, the DB listener processes in the server, will be restarted (1-2 seconds operation).The change is transparent, existing connections will not be affected, only new connections will inherit the new features.
