Storage Intervention affecting ADCR, ATLDSC, ATLR, ATONR, LHCBR and PDBR databases

Description: 

We intend to apply the NetApp fix addressing the "lost write" database problem to all storage servers during the week of 24th June. Safe application of this patch requires I/O load to be stopped and so we will freeze databases leading to a service interruption of about 30 minutes. Given the potential severity of the bug, however, we feel all storage servers must be patched as soon as possible.

Intervention on Wednesday 26th June will affect ATLAS databases (ADCR, ATLDSC, ATONR, ATLR), Streams replication (ATLAS conditions data) to Tier1 sites, LHCBR and PDBR databases.
