Problem with AISLogin and Foundation

Incident Description: 

One of the Oracle application severs consuming huge amount of CPU resulted in problems accessing AISLogin and Foundation, experienced in 1 out of 2 connections. A server restart fixed the problem.
As a follow up, we will migrate the server to more recent version.
