Incident Description:
Some of the application servers running AIS applications are experiencing high load, and this is making the application running in degraded mode: users are experiencing general slowness and timeouts when accessing in particular IMPACT and QUALIAC. IT/DB is working with GS/AIS to a resolution.

The problem seems to be linked with a hardware issue affecting multiple servers.
IMPACT is being moved to another node.
QUALIAC is still running on degraded mode and will be rebooted tonight at 18:30 to try to workaround the problem.
Tomorrow (Wed May 8th) the hardware vendor is supposed to fix the problem.
