Incident Description:
Some Apple MacBook laptops are currently suffering from Wi-Fi connectivity problems while using the 802.11n standard. The problem is currently under investigation.
Affected users are advised to connect either using a UTP cable by preference or using the CERN SSID. The Apple support is working on a new release of Mountain Lion which addresses this Wi-Fi connectivity issue. The update should be available in the coming weeks.

Apple has just released the OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.4 version with fixes the Wi-Fi connectivity issue with the MAC Book. The release notes officially says:
Please apply the update on MAC showing signs of a WIFI access problem
