Incident Description:
The vidyoportal is not reachable for users to sign in. Working on the problem to have the service restored as soon as possible.
The problem has been now understood and resolved.

The problem was caused by the server in charge of the users status monitoring which was down since the morning and in turn unexpectedly and gradually blocked the central VidyoManager service.
