SNOW KB application (Knowledge base) - change of policy for editing articles

Description of Service Change: 

The policy for access and edition of Knowledge Base (KB) articles has been changed:

Restrictions made by the system for the management of KB article have been reduced. Functional Managers should determine supporters who should perform this task, but the system does not make any restriction and the “Functional review” can now be done by all members of any support lines for the FE (Functional Element) that is specified in the KB article. Before, only the “functional managers” could validate the “functional review". All supporters for the FE in the KB have now access to the next action “Submit to Layout review” to request the publication of all articles related to their support line.

N.B. We invite all functional managers and supporters who submit and edit KB articles to read the article KB0001864, where more details and practical information on this change is provided.
