The Service-Now tool is down, the vendor has been contacted.
More news will be provided as soon as possible.
The Service Desk and all supporters are affected by this failure, as this prevent them to follow-up correctly incidents and requests.
We hope the failure will be very short.

In case of urgency please contact the Service Desk by phone at 77777.
