Description:
A new firmware will be installed on the storage subsystem used by the VOBox Virtual Machines hosted on hypervisor cluster CVICLR04. A firmware update will be applied to both disks and disk controllers.
Testing has shown this intervention will cause IO to be paused twice for about 2 minutes; during that time virtual machines may experience high IO wait.

Reason for this intervention:
This intervention is meant to help resolve several recent incidents with this storage subsystem, which caused Virtual Machine unavailability.
