Incident Description:
There 180 Virtual machines affected hosted on CVICLR04FC. There has been a hardware disk failure plus a series of lost blocks during recovering that made the connection to the volumes intermittent. Due to this the machines lost access to their disks and went into readonly status. We have just restarted them and they will be now operational.
