UPDATE: If you attempted to log in to service now between 07:50 and 08:30 and are still experiencing login problems, please clean your browser cache.
An upgrade/correction of the CERN Service Now SSO modules may result in users being unable to log into Service Now for some minutes during the scheduled intervention time.
Login unavailability is only forseen to last for a maximum of a few minutes.
Reason for this intervention:
Upgrade/correction of the CERN Service Now SSO modules to correct logout problems.
