Incident Description: 

An intermittent communication problem is affecting fixed telephones on the main telephone exchange located in CERN Meyrin site. This may cut any engaged calls (randomly). Experts are working on it. 

The problem is fixed.

The problem is understood and the situation should be stable now. There might be some other partial service disruption if a hardware replacement is required (still under investigations). Actually, the problem started at 14:15 and was affecting IP phones, MyTeamWork communications, and Lync communications.
