Incident Description:
CASTORCMS and, to a lesser degree, CASTORATLAS were suffering from reduced performance since Monday afternoon (i.e yesterday). As of noon today (i.e. Tuesday) this had an impact on CMS operations. The slowdown got traced to a DB-level synchronization issue, and a workaround is now in place.
