Incident Description:
One of the TSM servers, TSM514, had crashed last week on late Thursday afternoon (17/01).
During Friday and the weekend we have worked on restoring the functionality, and resynchronizing it with its replica server, TSM614. This process is still not completed and some users cannot access the server yet, thus effectively preventing them from backing up or restoring any data.
