[Backup Service] One out of two libraries (IBMLIB0) is experiencing problems

Incident Description: 

One of the two TSM tape libraries (IBMLIB0) is experiencing hardware and communication problems.

IBM engineers are coming tomorrow (Tuesday January, 22nd) and wednesday to diagnose and fix the problem.

The visible impact for the backup users is slower backups and restores and sometimes failing sessions. The users affected are the ones registered to TSM servers:
