Description of Service Change:
The migration of ITCM workflow and Vendor Call tickets from Remedy to Service-Now is planned for Monday the 25th of February 2013.
Two training sessions will be organised for Service Managers on
1. 29/01/2013 Tuesday afternoon from 14:00 to 16:30. Room: 112-R-028
2. 05/02/2013 Tuesday afternoon from 10:00 to 12:30. Room: 513-1-024
It will also be presented at the Service-Now User Forum on Friday the 25th of January 2013.
Reason for this change:
This migration is done in order to phase out Remedy. The next and last workflow to be migrated away from Remedy is HMS (Hardware Management System) used internaly by IT-CF
