Description:
The XLDAP synchronization infrastructure will be migrated to Windows 2008 and Forefront Identity Manager.
The initial data migration will take around 24 hours, and during that time changes will not be propagated from Active Directory to xldap, or they will be propagated with very long delays.
Existing data will not be affected: ldap queries run on the xldap domain will still produce results, but the results will not be up to date.
