Emergency reboot of TN routers can affect devices on the Technical Network

Incident Description: 

Eight Technical Network routers may stop working any time due to a software bug. To prevent random incidents, they will be rebooted at 9:30 today, to allow a safe last run of the LHC.

The routers and the affected areas are are:

T513-C-RHPZM-2    NO IMPACT
T513-B-RHP82-1     NO IMPACT
T2875-R-RHP82-1   LHC Point 8
T2275-R-RHP82-1   LHC Point 2
T376-R-RHP82-1     SPS West Area
T887-R-RHP82-1     SPS North Area including NA61
T2173-R-RHP82-1   SM18 + CRYO
T354-R-RHP82-1      PS Complex

The routers have been reboot succesfully.
