Incident Description:
We have noticed that the logout from ServiceNow does not work properly. The error message "MSIS7054: The SAML logout did not complete properly" is shown when clicking on "Logout".
We suspect that the problem is linked to a system upgrade end november and a ticket has been opened with the supplier.
