Incident Description:
A bug was found on the Vidyo infrastructure that is provoking random disconnections from H323 devices (meeting room systems) from ongiong meetings. The root cause has been indentified and a patch will be applied in the next following days (currently under test to confirm the correcton of the problem).
In the event of this happening you need to reconnect. Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing to your meetings.
21.01.2013: After successfully identifying every single root cause that were triggering this problem, we have now tested all uses cases over several days and the problem has been eliminated in all forms. Thanks a lot for the patience and deeply sorry about all the inconveniences that this surely caused.

Update on Friday January 18th:
A patch was applied to the gatekeepers Friday 18th morning. After this no more disconnects have been seen, so it seems now to have been fixed.

A first patch has been applied and the problems have been reduced a lot but it is not totally solved. We are waiting for one more fix. We keep therefore this incident open until this fix is applied and we are sure the problems are fully resolved (should be within a few days).
