Description:
Due to several small bugs which we have been discovering in the Berlin Hotfix 5 release since last Monday, we are requesting ServiceNow to upgrade our production instance with the latest Berlin Patch 3 Hotfix 1 release.
This release should fix the endless waiting on the CERN Service Portal ticket creation pages when linked from another web page in a new tab.
Remarks: Berlin Patch 3 Hotfix 1 release is still in a "control availability" state, having the Berlin Hotfix 5 version still the latest in a "general availability" state.
