Incident Description:
Dear All,
we had about 14 minutes network interruption due to a bad manipulation of a technician working on the CC Infrastructure.
The intervention seems that had disconnected the wrong network cable (affecting U513-C-IP22-SHPYL-10). This disrupted All the Vidyoconferences ongoing (disconnecting more than 50 participants). The service is back online. Sorry about the inconviniences.
