Description:
As recommended by Netapp support, a firmware/ontap upgrade will be done on two NAS clusters.
We don't expect the intervention to be disruptive, but due to its nature database services are at risk. In case of major problems connectivity to database services will be lost for about 30 minutes.
Specific Service Detail:
Affected database services by tnsnames (IT Databases, AIS databases):
aisdb_dev, aisdb_test, audit_prod, baan6t,
csr *** as agreed with service managers it will be stopped for 30 minutes to ease NAS cluster failover,
desfound_tcp, devdb11, edh_service_dev11, em11rep_prod, em11rep_testb, gisdb, histo_prod,
lemonrac *** as agreed with service managers it will be stopped for 30 minutes to ease NAS cluster failover,
payd_dev, payr_ref, payt_test, rmdy, rpmractestdb, rpmtestdb, spakprodb, wcerna, wcernd.
Reason for this intervention:
We have hit a bug on Ontap operating system. Netapp support recommends an upgrade.
