Saturday 6th Oct 12:30 CET

AIS applications are now all back to normal service level.

But given the repetitive problems we experienced on Friday, we will still monitor them carefully and don't change this note status to resolved.

Please report  any problem you encounter exceptionnaly to ais-ohr-support@cern.ch as the Service Desk is not opened during week-ends.

We will update this note as soon as we get confirmation all systems are stable.

---

For the third time today, AIS servers have rebooted unexpectidly.

Various AIS applications (OHR, Qualiac, Kitry, OHR Liveview, SIR etc) are unacessible and other AIS applications are affected (SIR, some EDH Documents etc).

IT is having a look at the problem and will try to come with a solution.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and the unusual disruptions of the service this day.
