Description:
The core router and the external router will be stopped for a software and hardware upgrade. They will be upgraded to the latest version with MR2 cards that will allow us to deploy the 100GbE card needed to connect to Wigner.
Specific Service Detail:
A couple of short glitches are expected on all connections GPN-LCG and GPN-Internet
