Updates are now displayed in “reverse chronological order”

As of 28 August 20120 we have changed the order for the “updates” which can be attached to incidents published on the SSB. They are now displayed in “reverse chronological order”, with the “latest updates” appearing at the top.

Information:

For these updates we use the Drupal “out-of-the-box” feature provided with “Comments” and, by default, comments are displayed in chronological order  (oldest at the top).  For the SSB we think that it is more convenient to show the “latest” updates at the top. See for instance

https://test-static-03.web.cern.ch/service-incident/major-incident-svn-repositories/21-08-2012

(an incident which had required many updates until it was fully resolved).

For this change compared to the standard behavior, we are using the Drupal module “Comment goodness” (see http://drupal.org/project/comment_goodness ).
