Following the intermittent problems with the IT-SSB notifications and triggers (identified as a bug with a Drupal module), which result in that the ‘force publish’ does not always work, we decided to put in a ‘crisis measure’ and to immediately publish ALL Service Incidents.

As of June 212, the ‘force publish’ is *always* set for incidents which are therefore immediately published in the Home page. |
Articles for incidents will still be revised (and possibly corrected) by the SSB moderators but this will be done after the publication.
Planned Interventions and Service Changes are NOT affected by this change and will continue as before, i.e. the publication must be validated by the SSB moderators (who can possibly correct the articles).
