Description:
In order to fix a configuration problem we need to perform an hard reset of our VM management layer.
This means that some of the virtual machines will need to be stopped for the duration of the intervention.
Specific Service Detail:
Qualiac payment transfer system
- All EDMS development application servers ("workspace")
- All AIS DEV application servers
- GISDB Oracle database instance
- SFTDB MySQL Database On Demand instance
