Incident Description:
One switch providing service for one of the General Purpose Network (GPN) DNS clusters crashed unexpectedly this morning. The DNS service for the GPN was provided by the secondary cluster and users might have notice a slower response time. A case will be open with the manufacturer.
Workaround:
After the switch booted the service was restablished.
