Incident Description:
ACCCON (acc_settings_db) database not reachable:
we have found that the second node in the database cluster was not reachable (without being down). After a forced restart of this machine, all services moved to the first node of the cluster and the database is now available again.
Since then we have also managed to put the second node in the cluster.
We are still investigating the reason for the issue.
