SLS display for some databases is incorrect due to a problem with Oraweb

Incident Description: 

SLS is currently showing some databases as unavailable even if they are actually available.

The problem was linked to the service oraweb (apex.cern.ch/oraweb.cern.ch servers) which has been restarted. SLS was unavailable during this unplanned intervention. Oraweb is used internally by SLS.
