Incident Description:
The lxbatch service has been having problems responding quickly to user commands (job status queries, job submisisons, etc).
This isssue is under investigation with the LSF vendor.
Batch job processing is unaffected.

After applying some tunings
After applying some tunings to the service, the LXBATCH response to user commands has been better over the last 24 hours, and is now back to normal.
