Description:
This intervention is necessary in order to make changes on the default workflow for publishing Incidents.
The new default workflow will publish Incidents immediately in order to avoid the recent intermittent problems we have seen with the 'force moderation' option.
During working hours moderation will be performed after the articles have been published.
During the intervention, the service will be degraded, it will be possible to create and edit articles but there might be delays in publishing.
