Incident Description:
There is a problem with the IT SSB (probably linked to the Drupal upgrade made last week) and the "force" option does not work.
Experts are looking at the problem. Meanwhile you can submit articles but do NOT select the option "force publishing".
Workaround:
Do NOT use the "force" publishing option until further notice.

It seems most problems were due to "memcache" and "caching".
The solution was to disable and the re-enable caching and memcache on the itssb Drupal web site and set defaults for caching.
The most visible effect of this manipulation is that when SSB contributors create a new post / change content on the site anonymous users (not logged in) will see it only 1 minute later (logged in users see the change immediately).

Unfortunately the prolbem for "force" is not yet solved.
Experts will have to clone the site in order to make tests and find an explanation and a solution.
