AMS users to use dedicated CASTOR disk pool 'amsuser'

Description of Service Change:

CASTOR disk pool amsuser is now the default disk pool for AMS users.

As of several weeks ago, AMS users have a dedicated CASTOR disk pool (a.k.a. service class), amsuser.

From today, 7th June, all AMS users will be expected to be using amsuser as their default disk pool. AMS users will no longer be able to read data, from CASTORPUBLIC/default.

AMS users can contact CASTOR via the CERN Service Portal in case of problems.

Reason for this change:

Please note that the change above is being undertaken in order to improve the service for AMS users while protecting other activities on CASTOR (notably AMS data recording and production).
