Description of Service Change:
On Thursday, features available in Lync (presence, instant messaging) will be integrated into CERN Webmail. People can start chatting and verify presence of Lync users directly from Webmail (OWA).
In the past the address https://im.cern.ch was intended to provide web access to Lync features. From Thursday onwards the address will point to a help page explaining that features were integrated into CERN webmail and https://mmm.cern.ch/owa is the entry point.
