Incident Description:
External sites report connectivity issues with CERN. The problem started at ~15:00.
The problem was due to a hardware issue of the Geant router in Geneva.

GEANT NCC regretfully inform that, due to a hardware issue in rt1.gen.ch router, all connected services are currently at risk. GEANT NCC are working with our hardware partners to resolved the situation as quickly as possible. If further outages are expected due to emergency maintenance work, we will inform as soon as possible.
