Incident Description:
Due to high connection rate from client scripts/application to the COMPASS database, there are problems with opening new sessions on the database.
Services affected: COMP_ANALYSIS, COMP_DST, COMP_PVSS, COMP_RAW
Since 17:15 the database is fully available.
Explanations: the load (high numbers of connections to the database) produced by the jobs was overloading database listeners. Therefore listeners started refusing most of new connections, so any client (including PVSS) had problems with accessing the database.

Updates
The problem is solved.
COMPASS experts have reconfigure the software in order to produce lower load on the database. After this we still had to wait couple of minutes for effects of introduced changes.
Since 17:15 the database is fully available.
