Description:
As recommended by our industrial partner NetApp support, an SSD card (512GB) on a NAS controller will be replaced in order to try to fix contant reboots of the affected head.
As controllers are working in a cluster configuration, we expect the intervention to be transparent.
However, due to their nature, the Physics databases hosted by this storage cluster are under risk. In worse case clients will loose access to database at the time the intervention is performed.
Please note:
a wide time frame is given as we cannot say the exact time of the intervention which will not be done by IT, but by a NetApp support engineer.
