Qualiac Database unavaliable this morning

Incident Description: 

Qualiac database was unavailable early this morning due to space exhaustion.

Problem is solved and understood, and the database was back to a normal state at 07:50.

The cause of the space exhaustion was due to an autoextend misconfiguration on the storage side, done to facilitate the copy of Qualiac database last evening.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Workaround: 

Extend storage size and autoextend parameters.
